Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. spareribs
    flour (to coat ribs)
    5 + cloves garlic
    2 slices ginger root
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. shoyu
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    dash of ajinomoto and black pepper
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Lightly coat spareribs with flour.
    Fry with ginger and garlic.
    In separate pot, combine the rest of the ingredients except for the pineapple.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the ribs and simmer until tender.
    Last 10 minutes of cooking, add the pineapple.
