Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

3 lb. sweet potatoes
1 c. whole milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
5 eggs, separated
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/3 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Boil and peel potatoes, then mash.
Add milk to beaten egg yolk and add to potatoes.
Add orange juice and sugar (mix).
Add spices and margarine.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Whip egg whites until stiff (form peaks).
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar and beat. Fold egg whites to sweet potatoes mixture and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
