Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless beef chuck, thinly cut in 2-inch strips
    1/4 lb. beef suet, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. beef broth
    2 onions, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. diced green chilies
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    3 bay leaves, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker at simmer setting. Simmer for about 5 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
