Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 peeled, grated zucchini (2 c.)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until well blended.
    Bake in greased loaf pans (makes 2) 1 hour at 325\u00b0. (Nuts optional.)
