Ingredients

7 oz. can Angel Flake coconut
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut and let soak for a few minutes.
Add sugar, margarine and eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla; mix well. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
