Spinach Quiche(No Crust) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 eggs
1 pt. Ricotta cheese (whole or part skim)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch pie plate with margarine.
Pour the above mixture into pie dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
