Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 c. shredded carrots (8 or 9)
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs until fluffy.
    Add flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, nuts and carrots to sugar mixture.
    Mix and beat all of the ingredients well.
    Bake at 375` for 35 to 45 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Will also make a large 9-inch 2 layer cake. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
