Pie Crust - Easy - Never Fail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. or 2 c. lard
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    ice water
Preparation
    Crumble ingredients with pie blender. Beat 1 egg in cup and finish filling cup with ice water.
    Mix all together.
    Roll into crust.
    Makes 2 (2-crust) pies or 4 single or 8 apple dumplings. Crust freezes well.
