Country-Style Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. orange juice (from concentrate)
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. Alaga syrup (heavy cane syrup, do not substitute)
    4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin or round steak, cut in bite size pieces
Preparation
    Combine the red pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt in a shallow bowl.
    Add the beef and mix with hands to coat each piece. Preheat the broiler (in the bottom of the stove) or prepare the barbecue grill so that you have hot coals.
    Thread the meat, alternating with onions, onto 12-inch skewers.
    Broil in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until the meat is tender.
    Cook on the grill, on all sides, until the meat is tender.
