Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
 
2 lb. white potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
- 
                            Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
 
In plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are coated.
Empty potatoes into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan; discard bag.
Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Makes about 8 servings.
