Atkins Diet Creamy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. cool water
    1/2 c. Splenda
    1 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. In a small bowl, combine pecans, 1/4 cup of Splenda and butter. Spread into pie pan. Bake for 6 minutes, then set on a wire rack to cool.
