No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raw rice
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
6 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Preparation

Combine rice, butter and milk; pour into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine broth cream soups and pour over rice.
Stir everything together.
Place chicken pieces over mixture.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top.
Place foil over pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
