Baked Potatoes With Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baking potatoes
1 medium onion, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
salt to taste
other seasonings can be used (optional)
Preparation

Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Slice halved onion into thin slices.
Wedge these slices into potato cuts.
Brush with melted butter and season.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done.
Serves 4.
