Baked Cheese Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white hominy quick grits
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 small garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Prepare grits in boiling salt water.
    Stir in cheese, butter or margarine, milk, eggs and garlic.
    Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
