Velvet Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. shortening or oil
1 tsp. vanilla
fresh fruit and whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Grease and flour an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan or a 9-inch round pan.
Beat all ingredients until well blended and pour into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool.
Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream or with Cool Whip as desired.
