Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled egg, sliced
    1 can asparagus spears, drained
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place first 3 ingredients layered in buttered casserole. Place next 5 ingredients in skillet, making a white sauce until medium consistency.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Place cracker crumbs on top last 10 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4.
