Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
pinch of salt
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites at room temperature until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
