Corn Bread Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. green pepper
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, flour and sugar.
    Moisten with egg and milk. Drop by spoonfuls on top of meat mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
