Cut Glass Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. each lemon, lime, orange and strawberry gelatin
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Prepare orange, lime and strawberry gelatin separately in 1 1/2 cups hot water and put in 3 separate shallow pans to gel. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup hot pineapple juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Let cool until slightly thickened. Whip the cream and add vanilla. Fold into lemon mixture. Cut 3 trays of jello into cubes and fold in gently to other mixture.
    Line pie pans with vanilla wafers.
    Pour in mixture and refrigerate.
