Cocoa Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites (at room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form.
    Gradually beat in sugar, a few tablespoons at a time.
    Beat until stiff.
    Fold in cocoa.
    Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick vegetable spray. Drop batter by level teaspoon onto baking sheet.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
    Cool before removing from baking sheet.
    Store in tight container.
    Makes 8 dozen cookies.
