Broccoli Corn Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. fresh green onions, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk or sour cream
Preparation
    Chop
    onions.
    Cook broccoli; drain well. Combine onions, broccoli, eggs, margarine, salt, corn muffin mix and milk. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
