Possum Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
2 1/2 c. milk
whipped cream
pecan halves
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese; set aside. Mix vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes with milk.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of cooled pie shell.
Spread the pudding over this layer.
Top with whipped cream.
Arrange pecan halves on the whipped cream.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 6 to 8.
