Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
    3 c. banana, mashed
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. butter
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine baking soda, flour and salt with wire whisk. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, banana and vanilla; beat until medium thick. Add flour mixture. Blend on low speed until combined. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
