Magic Eggnog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy in top of a double boiler; stir in condensed milk.
    Cook over hot, not boiling, water 10 minutes. Stir rum flavoring and nutmeg; fold in whipped cream.
    Serve hot or cold over fruitcake or ice cream.
    Yield:
    about 2 cups.
