Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    2 cans chili beans with gravy
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 to 6 oz. red wine
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Place ground beef in plastic strainer over a two-quart glass measuring cup, cover with paper napkin to prevent splashing and cook for 3 minutes on High.
    Remove from microwave; stir to mix. Return to oven and cook on High for 3 minutes more.
    Transfer to 3-quart glass container and add remaining ingredients, stirring thoroughly to mix.
    Place in oven and cook, uncovered, on High for 5 minutes.
    Remove and stir; return to oven and cook on Medium for 5 minutes.
    Stir; cook for 7 minutes.
    Stir; cook for 7 to 10 minutes more.
    Stir and serve.
