Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium size zucchini
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 c.
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out centers, being careful not to break shells. Place on greased sheet the coarsely chopped zucchini centers. Melt margarine in saucepan and saute onion and garlic. Add zucchini, celery, tomato and Worcestershire. Brown beef and onion; drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
