Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put sugar, syrup and water in pan and boil at 240\u00b0.
Add butter and raw peanuts.
Boil until 300\u00b0, stirring constantly. Add soda, vanilla and salt which has been dissolved in a little water. Mix well.
Pour on well buttered cookie sheets.
Spread with buttered knives.
It takes 3 cookie sheets.
