Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients. Roll into small balls. Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for about 2 minutes.
    Makes about 75 to 100 meat balls.
