Lo-Cal Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
    1 c. crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
    1 box diet orange Jell-O
    12 oz. cottage cheese (low-fat)
    1/2 c. water packed Mandarin oranges, chopped and drained
    6 oz. plain yogurt, whipped with 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese, pineapple and oranges.
    Sprinkle diet Jell-O over this; stir well.
    Stir in pecans, then stir in the whipped yogurt mixture.
    Chill.
    Serves 6 to 8.
