Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 qt. popped corn (salted or unsalted)
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt (if corn is unsalted)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat the margarine, sugar and syrup in a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
    Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add salt, vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour over corn and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
