Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium yellow squash, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded raw carrots
    1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chicken stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix together soup and sour cream.
    Fold in shredded carrot, squash and onion.
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan.
    Stir in stuffing mix. Spread half of stuffing in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Pour vegetable mixture over stuffing and top with other half of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
