Spaghetti Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (12 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 whole chicken (fryer)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can English peas (optional)
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation

Boil fryer in seasoned water and save broth. Remove chicken from bone. Cook spaghetti in broth; drain. Grate cheese and add spaghetti. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter and add to spaghetti. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, peas and chicken. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
