Country Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 ears fresh yellow corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 Tbsp. pure sugar
1/4 tsp. fresh thyme, minced fine
Preparation

Cut the corn from the cob and add the milk, salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the corn mixture and thyme.
Cook, stirring, until tender.
Makes 8 servings.
