Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
2/3 c. shortening
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar, oleo and shortening.
Add eggs.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternately with milk.
Then add the coconut.
Bake in angel cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
