Cornish Hens With Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cornish hens
    1 c. onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brandy
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Split hens (salt, pepper and paprika).
    Brown onion in butter and add hens.
    Brown hens and add brandy and simmer until done. Remove hens.
    Add cornstarch to thicken and sour cream.
    Heat; do not boil.
