Cheddar Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Drain spinach well on absorbent paper.
    Toss cheese with flour. Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
    Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with additional bacon if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
