Summer Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
    2 small zucchini squash
    2 or 3 small yellow squash
    2 small carrots, thinly sliced
    1 onion (Vidalia or Texas sweet)
Preparation
    Cut squash and onion into chunks about 1 x 1/2-inch.
    Place all in a gallon bag.
    Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
    Shake to dampen veggies with oil.
    Add onion soup mix.
    Shake to cover veggies. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Cook uncovered for 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Stir once.
