Chocolate Mousse Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. Baker's German's sweet cooking and eating chocolate
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. heavy sweet cream
    bitter chocolate shavings
Preparation
    Melt bar of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of water over low heat.
    Stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
    Add instant coffee and let cool.
    Add vanilla.
    Whip 1 1/2 cups heavy cream to medium consistency.
    Fold chocolate mixture into cream.
    Pour into pie shell and chill.
    Garnish with bitter chocolate shavings.
