Pineapple Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 large egg
    1 small can chunk pineapple
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain
    potatoes and pineapple;\tsave
    pineapple
    juice. Mash potatoes; add salt and beaten
    egg.
    Create
    potato balls with pineapple in center.
    Roll\tballs
    in crushed cornflakes. Place in a greased baking dish;
    add sauce
    and
    bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
