Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    F.G. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Heat 2\ttablespoons
    butter
    or
    margarine
    in skillet. Saute 1 chopped onion, 1/4 cup green pepper and 1/4 cup celery for 5 minutes.
    Add
    2
    1/2 cups cooked rice, 2 cups tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt
    and\tF.G.
    pepper.
    Bring
    to
    the
    boiling point. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
    Add 1/3 cup grated sharp cheese and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
