Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. finely chopped apricots
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch).
    Mix the first 4 ingredients; beat hard for 30 seconds.
    Stir in apricots and nuts.
    Pour into pan; bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tester stuck in middle comes out clean.
    A crack in top is typical.
    Cool before slicing.
