Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/4 c. milk
    2 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine caramels and milk in top of a double boiler.
    Heat over boiling water until smooth and creamy.
    Stir occasionally; remove from heat.
    Drizzle over popcorn.
