Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 c. dry cocoa
1/4 c. instant chocolate drink mix
1/2 tsp. baking powder
chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine in bowl on HIGH for 1 minute or until melted.
Add sugar.
Cool.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Put flour, dry cocoa, instant drink mix and baking powder together and blend into sugar mixture.
Stir in nuts to suit your taste (1/2 cup or more). Pour in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Cook on HIGH for 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 minutes, turning if needed.
Cool before cutting.
Makes 1 dozen.
