Green Beans With Meat Served Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    1 lb. lamb shoulder or beef
    2 medium onions
    2 garlic cloves
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or 3 medium-sized fresh tomatoes, cut small
Preparation
    Clean and cut beans in about 2-inch lengths and set aside. Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and saute for 10 minutes.
    Add onions, garlic and seasonings; saute for 5 minutes more.
    Add water to cover meat and simmer until tender.
    (If water evaporates before meat is almost done; add more water.)
