Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches carrots
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots; drain.
    Place in baking dish.
    Melt cheese and margarine; pour over cooked carrots.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake for 20 minutes in hot oven at 400\u00b0.
