Squash Pie(Sugarless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dates, chopped
    1/3 c. water
    1 egg white, beaten until foamy
    2/3 c. squash
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Heat and stir dates and water.
    Cook until smooth.
    Put dates, egg white, squash, spices and milk into blender and process until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie pastry and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
