Jello Salad Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 pt. boiling water (less 2 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    shake of cayenne pepper
    2 c. cabbage, cut fine
    1 c. tart apples, cut fine
    8 stuffed olives, cut fine
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add vinegar, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Chill.
    When slightly thickened, stir in cabbage, apples and olives.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
    Serves 8.
