Tomato Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (#10) Cans Diced Tomatoes
    3-4 Large Diced Onions
    1 Bunch Diced Celery
    2 qts. Cream
    1 1/4 lb. Butter
    1 Tbsp. Coriander
    1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
    1 Cup White Wine
    1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients for 45 minutes. Blend together and add the rest.
