Dill Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. dill seed
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 egg
1 c. cottage cheese (creamed)
Preparation

Soften yeast.
Add cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda and egg.
Alternately add flour.
Beat well.
Let rise about 1 to 2 hours.
Stir dough to decrease bubbling.
Put batter into 1 or 2 loaf pans.
Let rise 30 more minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Brush with butter.
