Tirami Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mascarpone cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sugar
    5 egg whites (Egg Beaters are okay)
    2 Tbsp. Marsala
    1 pkg. ladyfingers (Italian)
    1/2 c. Espresso or regular coffee, sweetened
    chocolate powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Blend in sugar and salt.
    Place Mascarpone in bowl; stir until smooth.
    Blend into egg mixture. Add Marsala; beat until fluffy.
    Place enough ladyfingers to cover bottom of dish.
    Brush with sweetened Espresso (do not soak cookies).
    Place 1/2 of cheese mixture over ladyfingers.
    Dust with chocolate powder.
    Repeat process, placing another layer of ladyfingers on top of first layer.
    Brush with Espresso.
    Put in remaining cheese mixture; dust with chocolate powder.
    Chill before serving.
